| Welcome to my Campaign for the Cure headquarters. I am very excited about the 2008 Man and Woman of the Year Competition and truly feel that with your help we can make a dramatic difference in the lives of people affected by leukemia, lymphoma and blood cancers. I ask that you join me in
contributing to the campaign. Each dollar raised counts as one
vote and the candidate who gets the most donations is named our local Man or Woman
of the Year. I am raising money in honor of Nashville's Boy and Girl of the Year Ben Bjork and Jamie Grace Dubois, my uncle Mike who lost the fight against Leukemia, my friend Robin who is winning the fight against Hodgkin's disease and all of the other patients and families currently battling blood cancers. Contribution
levels are listed below; however, all donations are greatly appreciated. Your donation is tax
deductible and will support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society programs, including
research, patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and
