I am running to raise money to help find a cure for NF.

My very good friend who I love dearly lives with NF and though she is the strongest person I know and never complains about what she is going through, I am complaining for her. It sucks to not be able to talk to my friend like I used to be able to because NF has taken her hearing, among other things. I want my friend back! I am running to get my friend back.

Please help my friend KC who is the best. She has been loyal to me even when she should have forgotten all about me. She has lost her mother and her brother to NF and now she is now battling lympthnoma. How much more does such a beautiful big hearted person have to endure? I run for KC and all those like her.

Let's find a cure for NF. I am going to run the Carlsbad Half Marathon on behalf of the NF Marathon Team. The Team's mission is to raise money to fund medical and science research that will find a cure for NF. Please give if you can and if you can't that's okay, just support me on my run in spirit.
