Jess and Me...

Hi, I figure I’ve been running for about 40 years now. The older I get the more I enjoy it - albeit with more trips to the chiropractor and more than a few more aches and pains. This September I’ll run the Philly ½ Marathon. I wanted to dedicate this run to my daughter and at the same time maybe raise a little cash for a very worthy cause…. So… Please don’t feel obligated but if you do feel so inclined, please consider a small donation – It’s as Good as Good goes….. Thanks Pat- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update- Sometimes I think the reason I run is because it feels so good when I stop…..ten miles today…slow but steady.
