I'm raising money to support the Children's Tumor Foundation by running the Leadville 100 mile trail run in Leadville, Colorado. The Leadville Trail 100 is held at altitudes that average over 10,000 feet and requires 15,600 feet of climbing. Less than 50% of the starting field finishes in most years.
I completed this race in 2008 in 29 hours and 35 minutes. This year I am targeting a sub 25 hour finish. I am running multiple ultras throughout the year to get ready. You can follow my progress on www.yetifunk.com.
This page is for my nieces Genna and Rosie who are currently fighting NF. They don't get to stop fighting when they get tired. They don't get time to get ready. This is something that they deal with everyday at a very young age. No 7th grader should have to worry if the next doctors visit means they have to start chemo. Please help fund research to find a cure.
Thanks for your support! |

Below is a video from the Children’s
Tumor Foundation that demonstrates how your support benefits nearly
2 million people worldwide that are affected by Neurofibromatosis. I
hope you’ll please take a few minutes to watch the video and perhaps
be as motivated as we are to support The Children’s Tumor
Foundation.
