| 2010 New Moon Century Ride |

| JconnectLA, in support of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles’s “Fed Up With Hunger” campaign, and in collaboration with corporate sponsors, community organizations and bike enthusiast groups, is organizing a “New Moon Century.” This “Metric Century” 100 kilometer (62 mile), and 57.96 kilometer (36 mile) bike-ride will be held on Oct. 10th, 2010, bringing together riders from all over Southern California to raise awareness and funds for hunger and environmental causes.
Celebrating the New Moon, over one hundred riders will ride off into the morning mist of the Santa Monica wilderness, traversing valleys and mountains and down along the picturesque Malibu coast. Our team of riding connoisseurs are crafting a route that will be tantalizing to the senses and a perfect balance of terrain and aesthetic delight. |
