Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab:
Our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center offers programs that rehabilitate the heart and lungs. Physician referrals are required for this program, and Medicare and most insurances cover Phase I and Phase II. We can send a recommendation to your physician for approval, if you meet with us first.
Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (Phase II) - Serves people with heart disease and those who have suffered a heart attack or have had heart surgery. Phase II consists of 12 weeks of exercise sessions, education, and close supervision. Individuals are monitored on telemetry equipment.
Pulmonary Rehab - Focuses on lung disorders and disabilities, including asthma, cystic Fibrosis, COPD, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis to name a few. This progam consists of 24 supervised and monitored exercise sessions and a series of breathing classes.
Cardiac Prevention (Phase III) Pulmonary Maintenance - For at risk individuals. Individuals can continue programs in a medically supervised setting.
