| I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at the age of four. I don't remember the pain of the first flare up, but the five days in the hospital was awful enough. However, I'm one of the lucky ones because generally people with Crohn's and Colitis are cursed with terrible pain and they are hospitalized much more often. For this reason, I've decided to run on December 2nd to support the effort to find a cure. In order to do so, I need as much help as possible to raise enough money (I'm a very poor high school student). Every little bit helps, even if it's only $5.
