Hello,

My name is Jackie Montgomery, and I have been honored with the exciting nomination as a candidate for Woman of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for 2008. This is my first experience helping raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Cancer has effected my family in various forms. I know how greatly important medical research is to beating all forms of cancer. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is responsible for several ground breaking discoveries in the area of research. They are dedicated to finding a cure. And this is a cause we can all back. Our very own Boy of The Year, Hunter Rudderman is here today because of drugs created for Aids patients. Medical research in general is so vital to helping all cancer patients. So please do what you can to support this cause. LLS not only helps these families during the difficult process of fighting off blood cancers but they make huge strides every day towards finding a cure!

We are in the home stretch of our campaign. Donations can be made up till 2pm on Saturday, June 14th, 2008. But if you miss that mark please don't let that stop you from making a donation.
