| This year on June 21st, I will again be participating in the “Native Planet Classic”, a 127-mile/10,500’+ of vertical gain “super century” bicycle ride through some of Washington State’s most beautiful and challenging terrain, the North Cascades. I’m not just doing this for my own personal athletic and health benefit, but I’m also riding to raise funds for “Native Planet”, a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization whose mission it is to save the lives and cultures of the world's most traditional indigenous native communities. Please help me reach my goal by donating to this just and noble cause. Five dollars, or five hundred dollars; it all goes to help us help them protect their ancient lifestyles and traditions.
My goals for 2008 are two-fold; to reduce my ride time by at least one hour …and to raise $3,500 for Native Planet. The ride is only a few days away, so please give what you can and give soon. THANK YOU. |
