Moving Toward a Cure 5K Parkinson Charity Race
MS Chapter for the American Parkinson Disease Association
The MS Chapter for the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) is hosting a 5K Run, 5K Walk, and 1/2 Mile Fun Run at 8 AM on March 26, 2011 in Brandon (Reservoir), MS. Proceeds from the Parkinson's 5K “Moving Toward a Cure” will help sustain local programs to inform, assist, and educate individuals and families coping with the challenges of Parkinson's Disease and will contribute toward national research funded by the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA). The longtime mission of APDA is "to ease the burden and find a cure." Keep on moving! The Mississippi Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association is dedicated to serving and empowering Mississippians living with Parkinson's and their families, to live a well and fulfilled life with Parkinson's disease.
