It is 3 years now since guns went silent in Northern Uganda after a brutal armed conflict that prevailed for 21 years. There's an entire generation that was born during the war and lived through it experiencing the worst levels of violence. AID Agencies can donate food, clothes, medical care, but they cannot heal the internal wounds, only Jesus can.
