| Hey everyone! My name is Kara Sheridan and am going to represent USA in this summer's Paralympics! I've been swimming for five years, but this is my first world team selection and to say I'm excited is definitely an understatement.
Right now, I'm working hard to get ready for Athens. I'm swimming the 100m breaststroke in the Paralympics and possible a relay too! We are living in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center practicing over 30 hours a week! When I get to Athens, I'll be ready to be on the medal stand.
I want my family to have the chance to see me there! We all need support to make these dreams possible.
