| Hi,
On Sunday December 5, 2010 I will be taking part in the Rock n’ Roll Las Vegas ½ marathon as Part of Team Challenge for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Yes, I know it's 13.1 miles non-stop. I don’t like to drive that far in my car let alone run that far.
I’m running for my wife and the 1.4 million other patients that deal with these horribly ugly diseases everyday and for all the countless loved ones acting as their support teams. Many of you have been following Allison’s battle, praying for her, cheering her on and loving her through what has been one heck of a fight. Please support me and donate to this cause that is so closely engrained in our world. I know that these are tough economic times, but any amount will help ensure that others won't have to suffer so much with all this "crap".
My personal goal is to raise $3,000 for this worthy cause.
If Allison can battle everyday, then surely I can run for 13.1 miles. (Seriously?!) I thank you for all your support you have shown us over the past three and a half years. It’s my hope that each day we get closer to a cure.
