Your support means a lot…to me and to thousands of others.

Fear, uncertainty, hopelessness are the emotions that someone feels when they receive the diagnosis of cancer. Unfortunately, I felt these emotions in January of 2005 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Aside from family and friends who supported me and gave me hope every step of the way, I was lucky enough to have an important ally in my personal fight against cancer. That was The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. With the various programs and support systems they have, they informed me, supported me and gave hope to me and my family. One day I even received from them a $500 check to cover some bills that my insurance refused to pay. The day I received the check I made a promise that if I make it, I will return the favor and support in multiples.

Well, the support, optimism, hope, medical expertise of all the people who helped in this fight led me to conquering cancer and giving me the opportunity to now celebrate 3 years cancer free.

Help me now to support The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society so that they continue their efforts to support patients diagnosed with cancer and to further support research for a cure.

Let's work together to make a difference in people's lives! Let's work together to give HOPE!
