2009 Moab Skinny Tire Festival

Channeling the energy riding through the grandeur of Moab’s canyon country is bound to inspire. For most riders, cycling is more than just a release; it can help define a deeper sense of purpose. To add to that purpose, the Skinny Tire Festival was created. It is an annual fundraiser to benefit cancer research and survivorship programs. Each participant in the Festival contributes by making a donation and fighting cancer.
100% of funds donated benefit these organizations: The Moab Cancer Treatment Center (local), The Huntsman Cancer Foundation (cancer research), The Caring Friends Foundation Supporting the San Juan Cancer Center, Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado, and the LAF (Lance Armstrong Foundation-survivorship programs). When setting up your fundraising page, choose to fundraise as an individual, join an existing team, or create a new team. Once you've made that decision, the rest is easy. If you are making a donation to support a specific rider, please go directly to their fundraising page by entering in their name or team name and clicking 'Search' in the top portion of this page. Select your rider or Team from the list of names that will appear. You will then be linked to a secure donation page where you can make your online contribution.
If you don't see your rider listed or you are making a general donation, you can donate using the gray box below, then send an email to info@skinnytireevents.com with your rider's name or "general" and we'll be sure everyone gets proper credit.
