| The Moab Skinny Tire Festival: Channeling the energy riding through the grandeur of Moab’s canyon country is bound to inspire. For most riders, cycling is more than just a release; it can help define a deeper sense of purpose. To add to that purpose, the Skinny Tire Festival was created. It is an annual fundraiser to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Each participant in the Festival contributes to the Foundation. Make a donation and help fight cancer.
The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) believes that in your battle with cancer, knowledge is power and attitude is everything. Founded in 1997 by cancer survivor and cycling champion Lance Armstrong, the LAF provides the practical information and tools people living with cancer need to live strong. If you are making a donation to support a specific rider, please go directly to their fundraising page. To do so please go to the “View Personal Fundraising Pages” displayed in the upper right hand portion of this page and select your rider from the drop down box. You will then be linked to a secure donation page where you can make your online contribution. PLEASE NOTE: If you are making a donation for a rider who is also registered for a LIVESTRONG ride, please be sure to enter in the rider's name or ID number in order for them to receive credit for your donation. If you have questions please contact your rider before making your donation.
Donations can be made directly to LAF without specifying a Skinny Tire Festival or LIVESTRONG rider; to do so simply enter in your donation amount in the yellow box on this page.
