The Knights of Heroes is small non-profit and an all volunteer organization. Jon, Tyler and Karen volunteered at the 2011 camps and will be mentors again for the 2012 camps. Your contributions go directly to sponsoring the children of fallen heroes to attend this inspiring and uplifting camp.
The Knights of Heroes mission is to provide young men and women who have lost their fathers in military service the opportunity to experience character building events with the positive support of an adult mentor. They are given the opportunity to develop lasting friendships with similarly situated kids from across the country while participating in exciting outdoor activities in Colorado. The four elements of the "knight's code" are instilled through exposure to caring and compassionate men and women in an outdoor high adventure setting.
