| Welcome to the 10th running of the King of the Hill road race scheduled for Thursday September 17th, 2009. Hosted by EDGE, the Young Leaders of United Way of Western Connecticut, proceeds of this race go toward improving lives in our communities by bringing together the proper resources for positive impact. Lasting changes are made by these charitable endeavors.
NEW THIS YEAR for this event is the ability to extend one's contribution to the community. Hence, we are SOLICITING SPONSORSHIPS for a fast start toward our future…as one runs for education, as an aid to the first steps to financial stability…as one runs for income, and as one becomes a mobile clinic…in running for health.
