| Sunkissed Acres is a horse rescue in Georgia that does GREAT work taking care of cast-off horses in need. The farm's motto is: Our horses are not seen as the old and disabled they may have become, but rather as the mighty steeds they once believed themselves to be. I think I am the perfect poster PERSON for Sunkissed. After all, I am OLD! It's been a LONG time since I was a fast, young runner. AND -- I have logged HUNDREDS of miles in training, through all kinds of horrible heat and bad weather and despite advancing age and aches and pains. SOMEONE SHOULD PAY! Ha Ha! Lori does so much worthwhile work with horses, I'm counting on you to help turn my aching feet into something equally worthwhile! |
