| Jingle Jog for Autism |
|
| The 2nd Jingle Jog for Autism is to raise community awareness of Autism (1 in 150 children are diagnosed with Autism) and to raise money for the FACES Autism Summer Camp 2008 for kids ages 5-21. FACES is a non-profit organization that provides support, education and training for families who have been affected by an Autism disorder. We have served over 75 families in Walton and surrounding counties since 2006.
Our goal is for Summer camp to be 2 weeks everyday from 930-3pm for children with Autism Spectrum disorders. Your contribution will go a long way to insure that autistic children will be able to participate and be part of a wonderful summer camp experience. Overall, this camp will provide them with a fun, creative learning experience similar to the experience of other typical children’s camps. Last year we were able to provide support for 25 lucky children. We had many more applicants. This year our hope is to support 60 or more children. You donation and/or participation in our Jingle Jog for Autism is much appreciateed. We look forward to sharing the holiday spirit with you. |
