Welcome All, Sarah's Soldiers is a community of friends and family supporting Sarah Bast and the great efforts of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, or JDRF. Our goal is to help support the JDRF in its efforts to fund research, raise awareness for diabetes and find a cure for juvenile diabetes. It is not easy to manage the disease and all of the complications associated with it but Sarah continues to enjoy skiing, soccer, swimming, dance and all the things a 9 year old girl wants to do.
It is with the help of great friends, loving family and organizations like the JDRF that help Sarah and others like her to manage life with this very difficult disease. The community of Sarah's Soldiers rasied over $25,000 last year and over $75,000 the past 3 years as we volunteered and competed in the Cohasset Triathlon. Our goal is to break the $100,000 in total donations raised for the 4 years we have participated in this event. Please donate what you can for this great cause and in honor of our team.
