Racing to save lives

I used to run for exercise, I now run to honor my son James and everyone living with CHD. Congential heart disease is the #1 birth defect affecting 1 out of every 100 born. There are more than 1 million CHD survivors and so many that have lost their lives. However, money that goes towards research is very limited. We need to change that. This is why I am honored to be part of the Iron Heart Racing Team. I am excited to participate in my first marathon on October 2nd. I promise to make each and every one of you that chooses to donate your hard earned money proud. The donations I receive will go towards childhood and adult CHD research. Thank you for your support. Ironheart Racing is a global team of athletes on a mission: Raise awareness of Congenital Heart Disease and Healthy Heart Living through competing in endurance events, and inspire others along the way! We participate in everything from 5K runs to Ironman and Ultra-marathons. We cover the heart from birth through adulthood. 1 in 100 have a congenital heart defect. Your support goes directly to supporting these patients and their families.
