| When I founded Insulindependence in 2005, I never would have guessed we would make it this far. Now, as we approach our fifth year of creative outreach into the diabetes community, I'm more inspired than ever to bring the concept to its ultimate fruition -- sustainability . . . not merely as a concept or a cause, but as a global health care institution. This January I'll be running in the Carlsbad Marathon as a representative of Insulindependence, which has been selected as a 2009 official charity. Support Insulindependence in 2009 and help millions discover the cure within. |
