ICEC….. treating special needs with special care. That’s what we do as we work with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Especially those who need a little SPECIAL ATTENTION. We exist primarily to enhance the development of children with known or suspected developmental delays. Our programs are designed for children from birth to 6 years of age throughout Southern California with diagnoses such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, genetic abnormality, prenatal drug exposure, as well as undiagnosed developmental delays. We like to challenge a child to advance ONE STEP AT A TIME in all areas of development. That may require a little extra help, but that’s what we are here for.

We are a parent participation program - FAMILIES are the most important part of our program.
We serve over 650 children each year in 4 locations, Santa Ana, Irvine, Laguna Beach and in their homes.
Our programs are staffed with highly trained pediatric therapists and educators who provide therapy, counseling, education and training to the entire family. |
