In 2005, you showed your support for by donating to help in the aftermath the Asian Tsunami. In 2007, you showed your support in helping us raise more than $15,000 in our Swim Across the Hudson. We now ask you to show your continued support by donating to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Oxygen Electronics LLC and M&T Bank will be fielding a team of swimmers in the Annual Swim Across the Hudson on September 7th, 2008. We will be swimming in loving memory of Donna Black who was taken by this disease in 1987. Welcome to my Hudson River Swim For Life web page. On September 7, 2008, I will be braving the Hudson and swimming with hundreds of people in The Hudson River Swim For Life. This swim will be a challenging, yet rewarding experience. The Hudson River Swim For Life has been created to raise awareness of the Hudson River, promote swimming as a life long form of fitness, and to raise funds for the ongoing work of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. While I'm training, I'm raising funds to help the Society cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. More than 823,000 Americans are battling these blood cancers. Your support of my participation in the Hudson River Swim For Life will help bring them hope and support.
