| Hi there! Thanks for visiting my page.
My name is Amy Farkas and I'm a sophomore biology major (peut-être français comme un double?) at Johns Hopkins University.
I am very excited to bike 4,000 miles across the country this summer! I will be with 24 other people ranging from 18 to 26 years old. Our mission is to spread awareness, raise funds, and foster hope. We pledge to donate $45,000 to the Baltimore Hope Lodge, an amazing place that provides lodging for cancer patients receiving care. We will also be pledging 15,000 to the outreach and education programs and research at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Each rider is responsible for raising $4,000 towards our mission. Thank you so much for helping me reach my goal. Knowing that so many people are supporting me will really help motivate me once I get on that bike. |
