Hope Walks began with a passion to raise awareness of the growing number of children and orphans affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Participants in the walk are provided with education about the global orphan crisis and given an opportunity to raise funds through a walk with other children, families, students and friends. 100% of all donations will go towards the programs of Hope Walks, support of the care that Children of Grace is giving to children in Uganda, and a nutrition project in partnership with HEAL Africa in DR Congo. It is a time to give hope to orphans and vulnerable children who, like children anywhere in the world, want to be embraced with love and to have a secure future. |
