Hope Walks began with a passion to raise awareness of the growing number of children and orphans affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Participants in the walk are provided with education about the global orphan crisis and given an opportunity to raise funds through a walk with other children, families, students and friends. 100% of all donations will go towards the programs of Hope Walks and the support that Sahaya International is providing for orphans and vulnerable children in India, focusing on their basic needs. It is a time to give hope to orphans and vulnerable children who, like children anywhere in the world, want to be embraced with love and to have a secure future. |
