| Thank you for visiting the Hopes Heroes Fundraising Page! Young Life Capernaum and ASA have teamed up for a 5K race to make a difference. Both organizations work to introduce kids and young adults affected by disability to life to the fullest. They do this through building relationships and providing opportunities that challenge young people working through the unique journey of life with a disability. Please help these two great organizations celebrate the opportunities and hope that exist for young persons with physical and/or mental disabilities. If you cannot join us by running or walking in the 5K & Mile Fun Run on June 4, please help us meet our fundraising goal.
