Did you know that approximately one third of low income families in North San Diego County are unsure about where their next meal will come from?
Due to current economic conditions, that number is growing each day.
North County's Food Bank provides food to more than 15,100 people every month by working with 75+ North County nonprofit agencies.
In times of emergencies, North County's Food Bank uses its trucks and warehouse space to assist in relief efforts.
This holiday season, our goal is to collect 100,000 pounds of food during the holiday season and raise $20,000 to build our capacity to respond to growing community needs.
Last year North County's Food Bank collected over 89,000 pounds of food during the holidays helping us set a record for distribution for the year of 1,002,000 pounds! Help us make this holiday season even brighter for those in need!
