Your contributions help achieve our mission to raise awareness and to find a cure to help the lives of 500,000 patients in America suffering from Crohn's disease. Rachel was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when she was 8 years old. Now at 14 years old, she and her family, friends, supporters and other Crohn's patients and their families are working to raise awareness of Crohn's disease. |
