| As most of you know - I volunteer with Heroes for Children for their Annual 5K Race, which is coming up September 13th, 2008! Heroes for Children is a wonderful organization, and since Greg and I have had Gavin, it has taken on a whole new meaning for me personally!
I would like nothing more than for all of my friends and family to come out to the 5K to support this great event, but that is not the easiest of tasks... So I wanted to ask you all to support this organization financially and help me reach my goal in raising money for this cause!

| Thank you for supporting me in my efforts to raise money for Heroes for Children. Your generous contribution allows Heroes for Children to continue in it's mission to provide financial and social assistance to families, within the state of Texas, with children (0-22 yrs of age) battling cancer.
The money Heroes for Children donates directly to families helps relieve some of the strain and stress during this difficult time in their lives. Whether it is to pay a medical bill, buy gas for the frequent trips to the hospital, or keep a family from having their electricity turned off, Heroes for Children is committed to helping families. There are a number of organizations dedicated to cancer research, but Heroes for Children differs in that the money raised goes directly to families in need. Since it's inception in 2005, Heroes for Children has donated more than $800,000 to families in Texas. With your help, Heroes for Children can continue to assist these families and make a difference in our community! |
