So, why ride on New Year's Day?
It takes courage to face the reality of a cancer diagnosis. On January 1, 2006, you have the opportunity to honor those that have looked cancer in the eye and refused to give in. While it will never match the fortitude required to battle cancer, we invite you to dig deep, face the frost and hop on your bike as we raise money for Cancer Services in Winston-Salem. This New Year's Day, join us for the 2006 Ride for Courage: Polar Bear Metric Century - long-standing cycling tradition with two added course options new for this year. See all you polar bears there!
