Girls on the Run of Puget Sound

Educating and preparing girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

Help empower girls to believe in themselves and live healthy lifestyles! By supporting Girls on the Run of Puget Sound, you're helping your community and making a difference in the lives of each of the girls we serve.

Studies have shown that the Girls on the Run curriculum improves girls' self-esteem, body-size satisfaction, and physical activity. Knowing the positive effects of our program, we strive to share it with as many girls as possible.

We are taking steps to grow our program, and need your help to reach more girls! Please consider a donation to Girls on the Run of Puget Sound!

$1000 Supports 7 girls with full scholarships. $1,000.00
$500 Provides a season’s worth of healthy snacks for 3 program sites. $500.00
$250 Will ensure that 5 coaches have life-saving CPR/1st Aid training. $250.00
$150 Sponsors a girl to participate when her family cannot pay. $150.00
$100 Puts a healthy snack in every girls’ hand when she arrives for her practice 5k. $100.00
$50 Buys medals for 25 girls worn proudly by each after she crosses her first finish line. $50.00
$25 Pays for water bottles at one site so each girl can stay hydrated throughout her training $25.00
