Giddy-up and Give (please!) to help Margie meet her goal of $500 to help this wonderful therapy program

Here I am with one of my riding buddies at NCTRC

I have been part of this great organization for 17years! As a physical therapist and therapeutic riding instructor, I am constantly being reminded how much our special riders benefit from being with our horses and ponies. Whether it is helping a 4 year old child with low muscle tone gain needed strength, a teenager with cerebral palsy leaving her wheelchair at the edge of the arena, or a pre-teen with autism reaching out to touch a horse for the first time, the horse or pony make it (magic!) happen. But running a horse farm--our beautiful Clearwind Farm in Mebane--is a costly venture! It is for this reason that I am asking my friends and family members to help by making a gift to NCTRC. My goal of $500 can be met if everyone makes just a small gift! And this $500 will do so much for NCTRC. It can fill our barn with hay; it can send a couple of kids to our All Abilities summer camp program; it can pay our farrier---he's the man who puts the new horse shoes on our horses. I could keep going, but you get the picture. Thank you for your help! Together, we can reach my goal of $500 for NCTRC.
