We had a GREAT time at Summer Art Camp this year! Thanks to all who donated last year!!

Founded in 1973 by a small group of artists, the Carbon County Arts Guild brings a wide variety of arts and cultural opportunities to the community. One of our top priorities is to provide art education for artists of all ages and abilities. Workshops abound all year and artist members volunteer to teach art in the smallest schools in the county. We also support art education through the award of a college scholarship each year to a Carbon County student who is pursuing a degree in art. More than education, we sponsor annual events including Missoula Children's Theatre, Shakespeare in the Parks, Carbon County Student Exhibit, Summer Art Camp for Kids, and traveling educational exhibits. All are just more opportunities for our community to experience the arts! Also tops on our priority list is the historic preservation of two of our county's signature landmarks, the 1889 Northern Pacific Railway Depot and Caboose. The Depot is our home and serves as gallery space for artist members to display their work and for art lovers to spend an hour or two enjoying the creative talents of our members. Funds received through the Fun Run this year will help with the operating expenses to preserve our depot and continue supporting the many and varied educational programs. ALL ABOARD!
