| Finn is a labrador retriever that has canine epilepsy and has some very interesting challenges and adventures in his 3 short years.
With a diagnosis of Canine Epilepsy, Finn and his parents, Rob and Cheryl have started Finn's Fight so that his story can help others.
As a non profit group, Finn's Fight will help raise money to help fund canine epilepsy research, help those who need help with paying for their medicine, and raise awareness for the disease.
Through fundraising events, we hope to raise money so that we can help other families with dogs who are faced with the challenge of the high cost for diagnosis, prescription medicines to control seizures, dietary needs, and follow up care. By working with local veterinary clinics, Humane Societies, and animal rescue programs will identify those most in need that can benefit from some outside assistance to help with the costs associated with a dog with canine epilepsy. As we grow, we would also like to expand to helping fund canine epilepsy research for possible new treatments and perhaps a cure. |
