| Fast Track Cycling, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 whose mission is to develop and operate an indoor velodrome in the Greater Cleveland area that will support track cycling and other recreational opportunities and promote health and wellness as well as youth programming.
The Capital Campaign Goal is to secure 150 pledge commitments of $1000 each from individuals, corporations, and charitable institutions. This commitment from the cycling community will show potential large donors, sponsors, lenders, and government officials that the cycling community of Cleveland is serious about Fast Track Cycling's Indoor Velodrome Project.
