| An estimated 100 million tons of plastic debris have accumulated in two areas of the Pacific Ocean that together are larger than the continental United States! Plastic outnumbers the zooplankton six to one in areas of the North Pacific Ocean.
Extreme endurance athlete, humanitarian, environmental advocate, and family man Tom Jones is going to push his physical conditioning to its limits to undertake Endurance Island. Through the Endurance Island triathlon, Tom’s goal will be to raise funds and awareness to help save our Oceans. With your help we can bring education and awareness of this critical issue to the citizens of our earth and begin healing instead of harming our Earth's richest natural resource, our Oceans. |
