The Devon Strafford Little League is a non profit organization that has been part of our community since 1965. We are asking for your support by becoming a sponsor for the 2009 season. Enclosed please find a sponsorship form explaining the various levels of participation available. This form is also available at www.dsll.org.
In just a few weeks the neighborhood kids will be gathering together to play the national pastime. Little League is a wonderful program that brings a community closer together. Despite challenges to both the game itself and the difficult funding issues we have faced, our league continues to provide the unique blend of both individual and team accomplishment that baseball offers. Our league enrollment figures have remained steady. Although the fees paid by each child does not cover the per capita cost of our program, the generosity of our members and sponsors last year allowed us to make needed additions to capital funding and equipment. Through your continued enthusiasm, we hope to duplicate that achievement again this year.
