| YMCA Partners Campaign |
|
The annual Partners Campaign is our invitation to join the YMCA in meeting its mission in extraordinary ways. The Downtown YMCA raises more than $215,000 to support programs and scholarship programs that teach skills, instill core values and builds on ethic of service. Together you and the YMCA make available programs that have a positive impact on people from diverse ethnicities, religions and economic backgrounds. As volunteers share YMCA stories, a common thread emerges, one of deeper, richer lives. The collective impact of all our efforts is stronger individuals and communities.
We provide programs and services for children, young adults, adults and senior citizens – programs that build character through education and positive role modeling. The Partners Campaign involves YMCA members and the community in securing financial support for YMCA programs. Through the campaign, the YMCA provides financial resources for programs that serve more than 12,000 youth and teens, financial assistance for families, programs that bring families together, child care and camping programs. The Downtown YMCA is committed to our community just as the community has been committed to us for 122 years. We will provide quality programs and open them to all regardless of ability to pay as long as funds are available. Our goal is to never turn a child, individual or family away. The YMCA is committed to serving from the smallest of youth to the youngest at heart in a variety of programs that help them develop a healthy spirit, mind and body. We hope that you will become a community partner and will make this a principal investment each year in the future of our community. You can help make a difference in the lives of so many people. Your personal contribution will enable the Downtown YMCA to support and expand opportunities that ensure all individuals regardless of ability to pay, can participate in YMCA programs. Please invest in this effort. Together we can build better communities for us all.
