Thank you for your interest in supporting the participants of the Dog Walk/run and the Louisiana SPCA. Dog Day Afternoon raises much needed funds for our programs and services. We are an open-admission shelter, which means that we turn no animal away, regardless of its age, health, temperament or adoptability. Supporting our organization allows you to be a part of the only care and compassion some of these animals have ever known. It is through our programs and services that we fight animal cruelty, endeavor to end pet overpopulation, educate children and adults in the human/animal bond and find homes for the homeless. We see our future filled with responsible pet owners and animals loved. Thank you for being a part of their future.
