Denver Kids, Inc. is a preventative counseling and mentoring program that helps Denver Public Schools students grades K-12 who face the challenges of higher risk environments successfully complete high school, pursue post-secondary options and move on to become productive members of the community. Denver Kids, Inc. has put together a team of runners to particpate in the annual Colfax Marathon on May 18, 2008 while raising funds for DKI. Runners can do the full marathon, the half marathon or be part of a marathon relay team.
