| The AFC Open is athletic events in memory of Anthony F. Costantino who passed away from Childhood Cancer on September 10th, 1998. Past events have included 3-on-3 basketball tournaments, raffles and musical performances. This year's AFC Open is a 5K run in Hudson County Park in Bayonne, NJ on Saturday, November 29th, 2008.
