| While we are experiencing phenomenal success and our athletes are achieving performances at higher and higher levels, our success does not happen magically or by itself. Success is the culmination of years of careful planning, training, racing, motivating, and instilling a passion for distance running. That is the core and the legacy of the CP Classic - a passion for distance running. Our passion is strong and will keep the legacy alive and growing, regardless of finances or other factors, however, finances do limit what we are able to provide to the athletes. Any help you are able to provide is greatly appreciated.
