Children’s Oncology Services, Inc. provides quality of life programs for children and adolescents diagnosed with cancer. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, they often miss out on normal childhood activities due to numerous hospital visits and treatments. Founded under the belief that there is more to cancer treatment than medicine, Children’s Oncology Services offers programs such as the One Step at a Time Summer Camp to provide children the opportunity to engage in “normal” childhood activities despite their illness. Hundreds of volunteer staff and medical professionals participate in all of our programs, serving these children regardless of their stage of illness. Additionally, Children's Oncology Services has never turned a child away due to an inability to pay.
Your fundraising efforts will help ensure that these opportunities continue for many years.
