| This is the 2nd Annual Curt Knierim Memorial Run. Curt Knierim was an avid fan, coach, and organizer of youth athletics in Newberry, Michigan for over twenty years. His dream was to help build a Civic Center for the community. We want to thank you for helping that dream come true. Curt was the President of Tahquamenon Falls Little League, served on the Tahquamenon Area Youth Hockey Association Board, developed and was President of the Junior Knights football program, coached hockey, baseball, and football. He also volunteered at various sporting events including track and cross country.
We would like you to run in memory of my father and/or for someone who is close to you. All proceeds that are raised for this event will benefit the construction and development of a much needed Civic Center in Newberry. Thank you for supporting the youth of Newberry, Michigan.
