Hello Family, Friends, Associates and Generous People !
Mt. Everest Base Camp is next ... 18,513 feet. Even though I am not ready to go to the top (yet), base camp on Everest is colder and higher than any peak in the contiguous United States!
After successfully climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2008 and raising over $32,000 for brain cancer research in doing that trek, I have decided to take on Mt. Everest Base Camp in November 2010 to raise even more money and continue proving to people that anyone can make a difference in the fight against cancer.
And this year will be even more special because The Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association has committed to recruiting members from the Licensing Community to join my climb and I will be climbing with a very special person who has survived brain cancer because of money raised by people like you. I hope you will consider being a part of this amazing effort by donating, climbing, building awareness, posting my link to your network or anything else you can think of; C3: Conquer Cancer Climb !
Please support my personal goal of raising over $50,000 for the C3 Campaign and to fight brain tumors in my Dad's memory and in support of my Aunt's personal triumphs over this disease. With LIMA, CBTF and all of you helping to get the campaign message spread as far as possible I bet we can raise more money than we thought possible!
