Clearbrook's Marathon Team is a group of beginner and seasoned athletes with a common goal....to cross the finish line after 13.1 or 26.2 miles and raise money for children and adults with special needs.

Some of us are participating in the Rock n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon on August 2, others, the Chicago Half Marathon on September 13 and others, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 11.

Northern Illinois based-Clearbrook is a non-profit human service agency supporting approximately 3,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities to include autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and mental retardation. Established in 1955 as a school for children with special needs, Clearbrook now provides residential, day training, vocational and children's programs and services, in addition to in-home supports at more than 40 locations in nearly 80 communities.
