| Meet Chopper. He's a 2 year old blue and white Pit Bull. He was found as a stray in South Carolina and rescued by Misunderstood.
He needs YOUR help. He has severe mange, which has resulted in significant hair lose and terrible skin infections. It hurts him to be 'in his own skin'. He is going to need significant medical attention and will likely not be available for adoption for a month or two.
The vet has informed us that mange this bad could also be linked to food allergies. So he has asked us to give him a specific high quality dog food, which will cost us $100 a month. (that's just the dog food)
